Enroll in the Frequent Guest Rewards Program

Epoch Restaurant Group’s Frequent Guest Rewards Program rewards our members for dining frequently at our restaurants. Simply become a member and begin receiving points every time you dine at our restaurants. Your points can then be redeemed for gift cards and other exciting rewards.

How to Enroll

To become a member of the Epoch Restaurant Group "Frequent Guest Rewards" program, simply:

1. Enroll online or
2. Enroll when you visit any Epoch restaurant, including:
   • Tribute in Farmington Hills
   • Forte in Birmingham
   • Knot just a Bar in Bay Harbor and Omena

You will receive a Welcome letter with your card to the address that you have provided. Please allow 4-6 weeks for your permanent membership card to arrive. Congratulations on earning instant rewards!
