Terms and Conditions for Frequent Guest Rewards Program
By completing the Frequent Guest Rewards enrollment card, you agree to the terms
and conditions of the Frequent Guest Rewards program. Terms and conditions may change
at any time.
- The Frequent Guest Rewards program is for individual customers only.
- Points may not be credited to business entities.
- Points are earned for each dollar spent on food and beverages (excluding tax and
tip) at all participating Epoch restaurants, including gift certificate and merchandise
purchases. Certain restrictions apply.
- To qualify for points on party functions, you must be an active Frequent Guest Rewards
member before booking the party. (Points for parties are given on food and beverage
only. Deposits are not eligible for points.)
- Gratuity for special events rewards are the responsibility of the Frequent Guest
Rewards program member.
- Members must present their card at the time of purchase to be credited with points.
- If a member’s account is inactive for 12 months, all points will be expired.
To reactivate the account, members should simply use their card.
- Points have no cash value. Points may be redeemed for gift cards and a variety of
other rewards.
- Frequent Guest Rewards Certificates are not valid in conjunction with any other
offers, discounts and promotional certificates.
- Gift cards that are lost, stolen or expired cannot be replaced.
- Points are not transferable.
- Epoch Restaurant Group Inc. reserves the right to add or withdraw participating
restaurants, to make changes in the rules or prizes, audit or cancel an account,
or terminate the program at any time without advance notice. Federal and State tax
liabilities are the responsibility of the card holder. Participating sponsors may
impose their own rules. Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to become members.
Employees of Epoch Restaurant Group Inc. and its affiliated companies and their
families are not eligible for membership.
