SHIPPING

Packages will be sent by UPS ground. Delivery time is typically 2-4 weeks.

CANCELATION POLICY

You will have 24 hours to cancel your order without charge. After 24 hours your credit card will be charged for the full amount due.

RETURNS

We will not accept returns unless the product has a manufacturing defect. You must contact us by email: store@knotjustabar.com within 24 hours after receiving your package describing the reason for your return.

Upon receipt of your email, we will issue you a authorization letter of return. This letter with all of the original packaging slips and the defective product must be returned to us. Returns can take up to six weeks for replacement.
